What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email address, postcode, the product you are interested in, the number of windows and doors, your timescale, whether you are the homeowner and any details you choose to add. We also record the page you came from and any campaign information in the link (utm_source and utm_campaign), and the date and time you gave your consent.

We use your details to contact you about your quote and to arrange a survey. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the quote form.

Your enquiry is handled by Heritage Windows NE Ltd Limited. We don't pass your details to other firms, and we don't sell them. Our hosting and customer records providers process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How to opt out or delete your details
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Tell us you'd like to opt out, or ask us to delete your details, by replying to any message we send you. We'll stop contacting you and delete your details, unless we need to keep a record to meet a legal duty.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
